The main advantages of the VITA Birthing and Examination Chair are easy handling and easy access to the mother both from the front and the sides.

The mounting height of 64 cm sufficiently enables even small woman in labour to sit down in the VITA chair without increased assistance by the personnel.

Leg rest adjustment – original BORCAD solution - using a single controller for both the horizontal and vertical directions simplifies the work of the personnel significantly. It is performed by pressing the controller and setting it to the required position.

Very easy maintenance and cleanability. Seamless upholstering, which allows for keeping the hygiene and disinfection ethics at really high standards (reduction of uncleanable spaces, etc. = limiting uncleanable places = reducing the presence of dangerous/resistant bacterial strains). The chair is designed for easy and fast cleaning using common agents. Lowering the transport wheels allows moving the chair easily and cleaning the floor under the chair as well.

VITA is fitted with electric controls for elevation and backrest tilting.
