Fryčovice, July 26, 2019 – BORCAD cz, manufacturer of seats for passenger trains announces important changes in company’s management. On June 12, 2019 Mr. Petr Váradi took over from company’s owner Mr. Ivan Boruta position of company’s Executive Director. Mr. Boruta will continue in managing BORCAD’s strategic marketing and sales, and also participate in development of new products.

Petr Váradi comes to BORCAD from company Amann Czech Republic after 18 months spending in position of R&D Manager. Among his other professional experience are positions of Technical Director in Zetor Tractors, WAY INDUSTRIES, and KOVOSVIT MAS. Mr. Váradi’s principal role is to focus on company’s internal management.

From April 1, 2019, Mr. Petr Míl became BORCAD’s new Technical Director, responsible for project management, research and development, and production technology preparation. Petr Míl has been working in BORCAD as a Technical Director since 1996, but mainly with responsibility for development of medical products. After BORCAD’s divestment and acquisition of the medical division by LINET Group in 2016 he remained in his position in newly established company BORCAD Medical. After three years Mr. Míl is now coming back to rolling stock seating in BORCAD cz.
